Who Loves ya Sissies?
Hello dear Sissies! I seem to be waxing poetic this week. I’ve been ranging back over the past 8 years, here with Miss Ally & my Mistress Friends, and the memories – both sweet and sorrowful have been in the forefront of my mind. Then just the other day, an adored and long time sissy pet asked me the same question I always ask of y’all..
Sissies? When was the 1st time you cross-dressed?
I knew what she was really wanting to know … when did I 1st dress-up a male? To some who don’t know me – my answer would seem pure unadulterated BS – but just like 90% of this blog, it is true. Halloween circa 1962 the whole Jersey side of the clan were cocktailing, taking a break from the standing poker game, while Uncle Charlie was cutting up and dancing around wearing a frilly apron.
Out of the mouths of babes
My cousin Gail grabbed my hand and said – we could do better, and we raided the closets for the world’s ugliest Moo-moo and a shoebox full of makeup. We somehow got Unk to agree, and was a great sport, in Nanny’s wig and all. It wasn’t the last time we got to play with “Auntie” – but no matter how we tried, or what we put on him – he was, one ugly dude in a dress.
The kink that kept popping up
It wasn’t until I joined the wacky world of phone sex. From that early experience, to community theatre make-up artist, stints in retail and a guest speaker – the art of beauty and transformation has been a reoccurring theme in my life.
I thank you, dear sissies – for being so open and allowing me to see beyond the paint and trappings, and honor me with your honesty.
